AnnouncementsAt its October conference, LGA announced its 2020 Awards. Tara McGee, Goochland County Attorney, received LGA's highest honor, the Edward J. Finnegan Award for Distinguished Service, The A. Robert Cherin Award for outstanding Deputy or Assistant Local Government Attorney was given to Rob Dickerson, Prince Williams's Chief Deputy Attorney. The Special Projects Award was named in honor of Walter Erwin, Lynchburg City Attorney, which was then awarded to the COVID-19 Ad Hoc Committee. Congratulations to all for well-deserved recognition.
