Learn About MembershipMember NewsAfter over 23 years as the Washington County Attorney, Lucy Phillips retired at the end of February, although she will continue to provide legal services to the County until the position is filled. Among other roles, Lucy served as the 2010-2011 President of the LGA and currently serves on the Board of Governors of the Local Government Law Section of the Virginia State Bar.
