Annual Meeting Notice

The annual meeting of the Local Government Attorneys of Virginia, Inc., will take place on Thursday, April 20, at 2:30 pm, following the first general session. The order of business is the election of officers and directors whose terms of office will begin September 1, 2023. Only active members (localities, independent school districts, VML, and VACo) are eligible to vote for board members.

Nominating Committee Report

The Nominating Committee of the LGA met on Friday March 3, 2023, and considered the candidates for appointment and reappointment to serve as directors and officers on the LGA Board. After thorough review and consideration, the Nominating Committee makes the following recommendations:
