LGA 2019 Spring Conference
April 4th — 6th
Hilton Norfolk The Main | Norfolk, VA

Happy New Year! The Spring 2019 Conference Committee has been hard at work planning LGA’s first conference of the new year. The LGA Spring 2019 Conference will take place in Norfolk from April 4 to 6, 2019, at the Hilton Norfolk The Main in vibrant downtown Norfolk.

As with all LGA events, the conference is sure to provide a mix of engaging legal education and ample social networking opportunities. The program will include Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) sessions on inverse condemnation and construction contracts, economic development, Department of Social Services (DSS), employment law, and more!

The Tidewater region is excited to host both members and guests from the LGA membership at one of the regions hottest venues. Whether this is your first LGA conference or just your first conference of 2019, it promises to be one not to be missed. So, come join your colleagues in the 757 for a few action-packed days of learning, discussion, and fun! Registration will open February 1. See you in Norfolk!

Dinner Plans?

Since the usual Friday evening awards banquet has been moved up to a luncheon for this event, attendees will have an opportunity to go out and experience the local dining scene for dinner on Friday. Members of the 2019 Spring Conference Committee have compiled a comprehensive list of local favorites across the city -- pizza, burgers, BBQ, seafood, beer, wine, chocolate and more; casual, fine dining and everything in between. Round-up your favorite dinner crew and enjoy a great meal!
